Refund policy

We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Protective cases are designed to protect collectibles but are not indestructible. Minor cosmetic variations may occur and do not affect functionality.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
