Shipping

• Do you offer free shipping?
  Yes. All Malko Protectors ship free within the United States. Some products such as physical media or special items may follow different shipping rules, which will always be clearly shown at checkout.
• How long does shipping take?
  Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
• Typical delivery times:
  US orders: 3–5 business days after shipment. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
• Do you ship internationally?
  At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.
  If international shipping becomes available, it will be clearly listed at checkout.

Sales Tax

Why was I charged sales tax?
Sales tax is only collected where required by law.

Orders shipped to Michigan are subject to sales tax.
Orders shipped outside Michigan usually do not include sales tax.

In some cases, when using certain payment methods (such as Shop Pay or Shop Cash), sales tax may be collected directly by the payment provider in accordance with marketplace tax regulations. When this happens, the tax is collected and remitted by the provider—not by us.

• Are Malko Protectors safe for long-term storage?
  Yes. Our protectors are designed to safely store and display collectibles long-term when used in normal indoor conditions.
• Do protectors come assembled?
  Most protectors are shipped flat to prevent damage during transit and are easy to assemble in seconds.
• Which protector do I need for my item?
  Each product page lists exact compatibility details.

Returns & Issues

• What is your return policy?
  If you receive a damaged or defective protector, contact us and we’ll make it right.
  Unused items are eligible for return according to our return policy.
• What if my protector arrives damaged?
  Occasionally damage can happen during shipping.
  Contact us with your order number and we’ll take care of it.
